5. AI-Generated Audio

5.1 Use of AI Tools

The Services use artificial intelligence models and related technologies provided by third parties to generate audio content based on user prompts. AI-generated audio is created automatically and may vary between generations.

5.2 Third-Party AI Models

Our AI audio generation features use Stable Audio Open 1.0, a model developed by Stability AI, which is provided under the Stable Audio Community License.

5.3 Ownership and Rights

5.4 User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, inputs, and use of generated audio comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.

5.5 Prohibited Uses

• Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights;
